DMG DMC 200 U Machine Tool - Serial production of workpieces up to 3,000 kg - The highly successful portal machine with swivel head and NC-rotary table for large and heavy work pieces. The DMC 200 U allows complete machining of the heaviest workpieces weighing up to 3,500 kg! Through 5-sided- and up to 5-axis machining the DMC 200 U allows trouble-free machining of heavy and even bulky parts. With a work area of 1,800 mm x 2,000 mm x 1,100 mm (X / Y / Z), the DMU 200 U offers a wide range of possibilities. The DMU 200U is primarily deployed in heavy tool manufacturing and in mould-, machine-, vehicle-, prototype- and fixture construction. The machine is suitable not only for single pieces but also for medium and large series. Precise performance is guaranteed by your choice of either Heidenhain iTNC 530, Siemens 840D powerline, or MillPlus IT controls.
